By accessing, registering on, or using the zc88 platform (available at zc88.games and any associated mobile applications or services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your zc88 account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify zc88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

zc88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting zc88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and withdrawal processing timelines.

zc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and accepted debit cards. All other payment methods are not currently supported.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

zc88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Where a Player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the zc88 platform are governed by individual game rules and sportsbook rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on zc88:

• All bets placed on zc88 are final once confirmed. zc88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances of a demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, zc88 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the published rules of the relevant game provider. Where resolution is not possible, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned.
• zc88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on markets that were published due to a manifest error, including but not limited to human input error, technical fault, or misquoted odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such instances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20 and Test matches — are governed by zc88's published sportsbook rules, which address events such as match abandonment, weather interruptions, and result reversals.
• In-play betting markets close automatically at pre-defined points within an event. Late bets submitted after a market has closed will not be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering or operating more than one zc88 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the zc88 platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a software error will be voided.

All content on the zc88 platform — including but not limited to the zc88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zc88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zc88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zc88 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any zc88 software.
• Use the zc88 brand or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the zc88 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond zc88's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where zc88 has not been negligent.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the zc88 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zc88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

zc88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

zc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Upon termination for cause, zc88 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold any withdrawal of winnings pending investigation. Real-money deposits may be returned to the source payment method at zc88's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time without penalty by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure will not affect any withdrawal of verified real-money funds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc88 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zc88 platform, the following process applies:
